  • The Gemma Transitional House Manager primary role is to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for women transitioning from incarceration back into the community. The person in this role understands that reentry is complex and that healing, accountability, and stability develop over time through consistent support, clear expectations, and strong relationships.

    You will thrive in this role if you are someone who can balance compassion with structure. You understand the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries while building trust with residents who may have experienced significant trauma, system involvement, and instability.
