Join the Board of Directors

The Gemma Project Inc is seeking members interested in joining The Board of Directors. Our Board plays a critical role in advancing our mission to support justice-involved women through advocacy, healing-centered services, systems change, and community leadership.

We encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and lived experiences. In particular, we value the leadership and expertise of people directly impacted by the criminal legal system, behavioral health challenges, substance use recovery, poverty, family separation, and other systems that affect the women we serve.
